- Bearing Diameter: Determines the load-bearing area, commonly ranging from 50-500mm, matched to the equipment shaft diameter.
- Bearing Width: Affects load capacity and friction power consumption; the width-diameter ratio (width/diameter) is typically 0.5-1.5.
- Oil Groove Design: Includes the number and shape of axial/circumferential oil grooves (e.g., rectangular/spiral), influencing lubrication efficiency.

Material Parameters

- Bearing Alloy Materials:
- Babbitt Metal (tin-based/lead-based): Wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, suitable for medium-low speed heavy loads.
- Copper Alloy: High hardness, ideal for high-temperature conditions.
- Polymer Materials: Self-lubricating, used in water-lubricated or oil-free environments.
- Backing Material: Steel/cast iron, providing structural support with bonding strength ≥200MPa.
