The product is made of high-strength alloy steel (compliant with ASTM A588 standard) and undergoes overall quenching heat treatment (ISO 6509 process certification) to achieve an optimized balance between core HRC 30-35 toughness and surface HRC 58-62 hardness, effectively resisting impact loads, alternating stresses, and dust erosion in earthwork operations. The double row ball/roller composite structure (designed according to ISO 15 standards) supports complex working conditions with radial loads of 800kN, axial loads of 500kN, and overturning moments of 1500kN · m. Combined with ISO P5 precision machining (radial runout ≤ 15 μ m), it ensures the smooth rotation and positioning accuracy of the equipment. The surface special epoxy resin coating (NACE MR0175 certification) significantly enhances the corrosion resistance in coastal and high humidity environments, extending the service life of components by more than 20%.
