In response to the high-frequency impact and high vibration working characteristics of jaw crushers, the product uses high-strength carburized bearing steel (in accordance with ASTM A331 standard), which has undergone vacuum quenching heat treatment (ISO 6509 process certification) to achieve an optimized ratio of surface HRC 60-62 hardness and core HRC 35-40 toughness, effectively resisting the alternating load and impact stress during material crushing process. The double row tapered roller structure (designed according to ISO 15 standards) supports a radial load of 1200kN and an axial load of 400kN, and is machined with ISO P5 precision (radial runout ≤ 12 μ m) to ensure the stability and positioning accuracy of the equipment during eccentric operation. The specially designed labyrinth sealing system (IP66 protection level, IEC 60529 certification) can effectively block pollutants such as dust and mud, and extend the lubrication cycle by more than 30%. ​
